Evidence uses background location services to ensure the traceability of personnel in the field. The use of this functionality implies the explicit consent of the user and/or his/her employer, in accordance with the data protection laws in force.
The forms, photographs, signatures and other data captured are the property of the company contracting the service and are securely stored on authorized servers.
Evidence strives to ensure continuous service availability, but cannot ensure uninterrupted operation due to external factors such as device connectivity, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen failures.
All intellectual property rights to the application, its design, functionalities and content belong to Softelligence S.A. de C.V. Any reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the same application or through official channels.
Access to Evidence’s service may be terminated or suspended in any of the following cases:
Once the service is cancelled, access to the application will be revoked and the stored data will continue to be accessible only by the contracting company for the period established in its contract. Subsequently, they will be deleted in accordance with the applicable data retention policies.
The user will not be able to demand the continuity of the service on an individual basis, since the ownership of the access corresponds to the contracting organization.
